The projector comes with a remote control that allows you to turn the twinkle effect on/off, dim and turn the lights on/off. The projector can be installed as normal to be controlled by a light switch. The dimming and twinkle effect only work from the remote control, but you don’t have to adjust them every time. Set the setting you want and put the remote control in the cabinet. You can install a color wheel instead of the standard twinkle wheel, which gives you the colors of the starry sky and you can stop the wheel at a specific color. The 2-output projector has one twinkle wheel and 2 fiber sleeves, if you put a color wheel here, one side of the wheel is at one fiber bundle and the other side is at the other.

Remote control:

The remote control has versatile functions. If you want white light without blinking or flickering, that can also be done by pressing a button on the remote control. The remote control has:

Question: Can the fibers be installed in a sauna?
Answer: Yes, you can. On top of the heater, protect the fibers with a crystal or a heater lens . When using crystals, the weakest point is the glue used in the crystal body and it can withstand 130°C. The crystal can withstand very high temperatures. The thicker 1.5 mm fiber is intended to be used inside the crystal. If you want extra crystals, you can also use thinner 0.75 mm fibers – one, two or even three thin fibers in one crystal. The hole in the adapter that comes with the crystal needs to be slightly enlarged if you put more fibers in, but a handyman can do that.

Question: Can the fibers be cut?
Answer: Yes, you can and this is usually how it is done. During installation, bring the fibers 10-15 cm below the ceiling panel and put a little glue above the panel. Finally, cut the fibers flush with the ceiling using side cutters. It is a good idea to leave the fibers approximately the same length throughout the installation so that the light is even. Fibers cut to one meter are brighter than 5 meter lengths. As a new feature, we also have a suitable side cutter for cutting fibers.

Question: I have a direct MMJ (installation cable) supply to the installation location. I don’t need a socket plug transformer. Can the transformer be replaced?
Answer: Yes, it can be done. In place of the socket transformer, we can supply a 20W POS 12V LED transformer + quick connector or a GLP Pro series 35W 12V waterproof LED transformer + quick connector, which goes directly to the projector. Replacing the transformer affects the price. For more information, please contact our customer service.

Optical fiber is either end-illuminating or side-illuminating. End-illuminating fibers have a coating that guides the light to the end of the fiber. Side-illuminating fibers do not have this coating and the fibers also shine to the sides. Side-illuminating fibers are used, for example, when making so-called light curtains with optical fibers.
